BCBA 2012 Kids Camp Registration and Medical Release Form
Plan now to attend our Kid’s Camp for grades 1st – 6th at Lake Yale on Monday, July 9 through Friday July 13.
Cost – $190 (does not include transportation). First deposit of $50 due on May 1, 2012
